Highly skilled in working with the needs of a group to achieve the outcomes required, she is practical, credible and flexible in her approach. Specialising in customer facing skills development to help gain, retain and grow customer spend. Recent work includes bringing about significant culture change for customer facing staff within a financial institution, improving the customer experience within a complex global engineering company and ensuring every opportunity in maximised within a transaction based contact centre.
